Endoscopy

Endoscopy is a medical procedure that uses a thin, flexible tube with a camera and light (called an Endoscope) to look inside the body. It allows doctors to see internal organs and structures in real time, often to diagnose or treat conditions without major surgery.

Why It's Done:

• To diagnose conditions (e.g., Ulcers, Cancers, Blockages)
• To take Biopsies
• To remove growths, polyps, or foreign objects
• To treat bleeding or perform minor surgeries
